Kathy Nygaard was wonderful, It took us 1 year to find the right house. No matter when the time Kathy was always there for us. She goes the extra mile to help. I couldn’t ask for a better agent. Kathy is a very considerate and kind person. We traveled from Vanc. Wa. to look at homes and Kathy was always available when we needed her.
