Kathi Jo Nygaard, Owner / Broker
Becoming the owner of Idaho’s Best Homes & Land was a huge leap but I am excited for the possibilities and opportunities! I appreciate all the support and encouragement from my family, friends, customers and clients.
About me: I am a lifelong Latah County and Potlatch, Idaho resident. My farming and ranching background, former WSU employee, private consultant for a home decorating business, and over 17 years working for Latah County, gives me extensive knowledge of the county and its community members. I love where I live and the area surrounding me, so the easy part of my job is sharing what I love with all of you.
I am passionate about helping area youth and building strong communities and volunteer to many organizations that work towards empowering youth to be the best they can be! My husband, Dean, and I have been married for over 30 years and have two grown children, Karl and Chelsi. Right now is the perfect time to follow my dreams.
